List Domains

1) Criteria for listing domain names?

Must be a .com, .net, .org, .biz, .us, .info, .tv, or an established ccTLD extension like .de, .co.uk etc.

An acceptance or rejection reply will be made within 5 business days. Please await your reply and follow the instructions if any.

2) Will other domain types be considered for listing?

• Three Character domains will be considered for listing in rare circumstances where the exact o??††u?verture is over 100,000.

• Please do not send misspelled, hyphenated, trademarked, numbered or 3 word domains to our site. These will be rejected, so please use our service wisely.

3) Will two word domains be listed on keyworddomains.com?

• Two word domains will only be cosidered if the overture for the exact phrase is over 300,000. Please do not send your two word domains if they do not meet the minimum requirement.

4) How long is the listing contract?

• When a name is listed at KeywordDomains.com, the seller agrees to a 30 day contract. The seller has the option to renew or cancel the contract after 30 days without any fees.

5) Final step before a domain name is listed?

• We have partnered with the following five registrars.

  Enom.com NameCheap.com GoDaddy.com

  Dotster.com NameScout.com
  All names will be required to be in one of the following holding accounts above. Any necessary transfer costs are the responsibility of the seller.
  Those extensions (.ws), that do not allow transfers, will be pushed to the KeywordDomains.com holding account for that registrar, prior to being listed on the website.

6) Can you cancel out of a 30 day contract?

• Yes, there are two ways:

  If notified by the 25th day of the contract, your name will be pushed back on day 31 to the same corresponding registrar, free of charge.

  If you need to cancel earlier than the 30 days, a $99 cancellation fee will apply before the domain name is pushed back to the same corresponding registrar.

  This system provides flexibility for domain sellers that have their name listed with KeywordDomains.com, who otherwise may finalize a domain deal on their own or with another business during the 30 day contract.

7) How much is it to list a domain on the front page?

• The upfront cost for a seller to list a domain name on the front page, for a 30 day contract is $99.

1) How much is the broker fee?

• Upon a sale, the brokerage fee is 10% of the transaction with a minimum of $200. The seller is forwarded the sale proceeds less the KeywordDomains.com broker fee.

2) Who determines the price of the domain?

• KeywordDomains.com will provide a minimum reserve and buy it now price to the seller. We will consider a one time price adjustment before the name is listed, if the seller asks

3) Who provides the cash collection and disbursements services?

• KeywordDomains.com handles the cash receipt and cash disbursment process. We also control the domain name in a holding account. The money is protected until the name is transferred and confirmed received by the buyer.

4) What are the methods of payments for the buyers?

• Buyers have the option to pay via bank wire transfer, electronic eft or paypal (no echecks).

5) What are the methods of receipts for the sellers?

• The seller will receive their money via bank wire transfer, electronic eft or Paypal.

6) Who and when is the domain name pushed to the buyers account?

• The domain is pushed by KeywordDomains.com personnel after receiving the funds by the buyer. These funds, minus brokerage fees are then sent to the seller.
